a little hair update and some afro glam

two weeks ago for my school Christmas banquet my roommate and I decided to wear I hair in an afro. It was quite the experience and we definitely stood out. It was really awesome I had a lot of fun and my hair was officially 4 months old! next week Thursday my hair will be officially 5 months old! I just wanted to share some pictures of my friends and I at the Banquet having fun.

2 week weave

So this is a random post since I haven't posted anything in a while. two weeks ago before I left school I went and bought some sweet Indian hair that curled up when washed. I got it in thinking I would travel to Kenya with it on the 9th of next month January. But for these past two weeks I have been missing my hair soo much. The hair cost me $16.99 per pack and I bought two packs. Well now I could not resist taking it out, even though I liked the weave. I was contemplating going to Kenya with my hair natural. I haven't decided officially though, but I kind of wanted it braided and weaved getting their (mainly because of the long air plane ride). So today I went and bought more weave. I deffintly felt the pinch, so now I have to get my hair done next week or this weekend again...all because I really wanted to play with my own hair...lol.
